No complicated ingredients! 🙂
Marc doesn’t usually eat johann’s muffins since they contain so much veggies. This one he gave a 10/10 🙂
And johann loved it!
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, plus more for toppings
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp sour cream/yogurt
- 1 cup kalabasa, steamed and pureed OR 2 pcs over ripe banana, mashed
Mix together wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Fold together wet and dry. Scoop into small muffin pans ( i use macaroon pans) and sprinkle choco chips on top. Bake at 200c for 20-30 min
Substitute white flour with WHOLE WHEAT for an even healthier version!
